Verification of Salary & other Employment terms offered to the workers

Finalization of the Employment terms recruitment fees & mobilization structure for the particular project recruitment

Distribute the requirement to various Manpower agencies for recruitment of appropriate candidates as required by the client

Requirement/Screeng training of candidates as per the clients's criteria by the given manpower agencies
7
Prepare for Final Interview

Client conducts interview of authorizes agent to conduct interview
9
If required conducts Practial Trade Testing

Candidates undergoes Medical examination
11
Candidates fit is finalized

Signs employment contract

Prepares all documents required for visa processing
14
Receives visas and necessary documents attested from the chamber and related country embassy for the mobilization of the worker
15
Completes with the labour department formalities
16
Completes air ticketing and reservation
17
Pre-departure assistance and orientation to the workers
18
Departure of the candidates from their native place who are all received in Qatar and are deputed to their workplace
